A selection of female artists and musicians, and each one was given a spoken word recording for which the artists composed and recorded a sonic background for. This resulted in spoken word and experimental music compositions. These Are Our Friends Too is a unique album that highlights the work FORWARD does towards ending FGM (female genital mutilation).
